We were resting in a seemingly abandoned farmer's shed, and we were discovered. Our plan for this situation was to pretend to be deaf-mutes. This plan was perfectly fine with me, because I was not feeling very good at all. I fell into a fever, and traveling was getting harder and harder. It was kind of a stroke of luck for me, because the Comte and the Comtesse were staying at the castle. They are know far and wide for their kind and loving nature. I was taken in to a glorious bedroom, much nicer then anything I've seen in Wherton.
I slowly healed, aided mostly by the Comtesse and her only daughter, Eloise. Eloise and I became fast friends. I gradually became well enough to get out of bed, and now we have much fun. We ride horses, or picnic on the lustrous lawn... In the evenings, we'd join the Comtesse and watch her knit by the warm, glowing fire. I've grown to like, or even something more then like, Eloise. She was the prettiest girl I'd ever seen! Living in the castle is such a cushy lifestyle! I've grown to love the castle.
