Stumbling Across a Great-city

While we were on our way, Henry and I decided to go through a town. We got captured and locked in a basement! It's okay, because a boy named Zhan-pole (we call him Beanpole) rescued us. We decided to take him along on our journey; he knew the land well. Once we were back on our way again, we came across the remains of a great-city! We built up some courage, and decided to cut through the ruins. Unfortunetly, it proved larger then expected, and we had to turn around. On the bright side, we stumbled across some pretty impressive artifacts.

For one, I found a Watch. Henry and Beanpole went exploring around the city not too far away from where I found it. They went without me because, well, I guess I'm kind of like a third wheel around them. To get even, I didn't even tell them about my Watch. It's too big for me, so I push it up on my growing biceps. All of this hiding and traveling is hard work!

Secondly, we found a couple of explosive things, kind of like fireworks. They have a little string on them, and when you pull it, it explodes! Also, these metal cylinders that explode when you pull a little finger. Quite curious, I know, but Beanpole thinks they might be usefull. Although they're heavy, he's taking some in his pack. Henry being the copy cat that he is, also took a couple. I refused, however, because they're obviously useless.
